Condensation Rotary Drum Flaker is a continuous equipment that cools and solidifies molten or dissolved materials into flake solids through heat exchange on the surface of the cooling drum. The equipment consists of a rotating cooling drum, a feeding system, an internal cooling circuit and a scraper device. It is suitable for continuous production processes and is suitable for cooling and molding heat-sensitive and fusible materials.

High thermal efficiency design
The thermal efficiency of the Condensation Rotary Drum Flaker is as high as 90%, mainly due to the closed-circuit cooling system of the equipment and the electro-polished drum surface. The cooling medium is chilled water, which evenly transfers heat through the inner wall of the drum, minimizes heat radiation and loss, and directly transfers heat to the drum surface, prompting the liquid material to solidify quickly.
Uniform cooling
The drum size ranges from 400×400 mm to 2000×3000 mm, and the speed can be adjusted from 2 to 12 rpm. Combined with the adjustable cooling water temperature, a uniform and stable cooling environment is formed. This uniformity ensures that the material forms a liquid film of uniform thickness on the drum surface, achieving precise sheet thickness control within the range of 1 to 2 mm.
Low maintenance requirements
The drum improves surface hardness and smoothness through electro-polishing and heat treatment, reduces friction and wear, and extends service life. The main motor power is 3 to 18.5 kW, and the drum speed is adjustable to meet different process requirements while avoiding overload losses. The equipment is compact in size, with the smallest model occupying only about 1.35 m×0.8 m×1.2 m. It has a solid and simple structure and is easy to maintain.
Multi-parameter adjustment
The equipment's speed (2-12 rpm), cooling water temperature and feeding method can be flexibly adjusted, and with the optional feeding port (top or bottom), it can meet the different cooling needs of viscous and sticky materials. The production capacity covers 50 kg/hour to 10,000 kg/hour, which can meet the needs from small batch R&D to large-scale production. The sheet thickness control range is 1-2 mm, which is convenient for adjusting the curing time and product hardness, and realizing efficient cooling and drying of different materials.
