Efficient heat transfer design
The Rotary Cooling Drum Flaker uses the inner wall to evenly spray the cooling medium (chilled water, steam or heat transfer oil), and continuously transfers the cold to the material film through the rotation of the drum, with a thermal efficiency of more than 85%. The equipment has a large cooling area, ensuring that the material is heated evenly, avoiding local overcooling or overheating, and promoting the rapid crystallization of the material into sheets.
Advanced feeding system
The equipment supports two methods: bottom immersion and top feeding, which are suitable for materials with different viscosities and adhesions. Bottom immersion is suitable for high-viscosity slurries. By controlling the immersion depth and rotation speed, the material film thickness can be accurately adjusted; top feeding is for low-viscosity and weakly viscous materials, ensuring that the material is evenly spread on the drum surface.
Structural closed design
The overall closed design of the equipment is equipped with sealing strips and inspection doors to reduce the entry of external air and impurities and prevent material contamination. The top multi-tube air inlet supports air conditioning, improves the cooling effect and maintains a clean production environment. The drum surface is electropolished to reduce the accumulation of dirt in small gaps, making it easy to clean and maintain.
Multi-specification equipment
Rotary Cooling Drum Flaker provides a variety of drum specifications from 400×400 mm to 2000×3000 mm, with a motor power range of 3 to 18.5 kW, an adjustable speed of 2-10 rpm, and a production capacity of 50 to 10,000 kg/hour. This diversified specification design enables the equipment to be flexibly applied to different production scales and material characteristics, and production efficiency and product quality can be accurately matched according to needs.
