CHENGZHIXIN's chemical flaker is a piece of equipment used in the chemical industry to convert liquid chemicals into solid flakes. The chemical drum flaker works by spreading a thin layer of the liquid chemical on the surface of a rotating drum. As the drum rotates, the liquid solidifies and forms a thin layer of flakes that can be easily peeled off the drum. These flakes are then collected and stored for further processing or transportation.
Among the products processed on our chemical flaker are phthalic anhydride, stearic acid, caprolactam, fatty acids, glycerol esters, bisphenol, naphthalene, rosin glycerol esters, and DMT.

Performance and Characteristics of Chemical Flaker
1. There are 3 feeding methods: top feeding, rear feeding, and bottom feeding. According to the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single-drum types and double-drum types.
2. The material tank insulation includes steam insulation, heat transfer oil circulation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. The equipment is divided into open type and semi-closed type, fully closed type, vacuum type, and nitrogen protection type.
4. The blade materials include brass, phosphor bronze, nylon, bakelite, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The discharging system includes single discharge and double discharge.
6. Special requirements: the regular shape and size of the material can ensure the thickness and size uniformity of the material.
7. The cooling or (heating) system is divided into jacket type or spray type, which is designed according to the size and specifications of the slicer and the characteristics of the material, which can improve the heat exchange efficiency and increase the drum strength, and increase the relative product output.
8. The cooling water uses packing seals or rotary joints to reliably prevent water leakage, and a new process is applied to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. There are heat insulation layers and side scrapers at both ends of the drum. There is no material accumulation at both ends of the drum, so there is no friction power consumption at both ends of the drum, eliminating the problem of unstable startup due to material accumulation on the end surface.
